Triumph’s 350cc Bikes to get More Expensive from 1 June

  • Prices expected to be increased by up to Rs. 10,000
  • More affordable 350cc Triumphs were launched last month
  • Price for the Speed T4 might not change

Triumph India is expected to increase prices of its newly launched 350cc motorcycles from 1 June, 2026, as per a social media post by a reputed Triumph dealer in Mumbai. The price increment is expected to be between Rs. 5,000 and Rs. 10,000.

The 350cc counterparts of Triumph’s 400cc motorcycles were introduced around the first week of April. The whole point of developing and launching these motorcycles was to pass on the benefits of the revised GST slab that came into effect last year. It levies a lowered 18 per cent GST (down from the previous 28 per cent) on bikes smaller than 350cc. Since Bajaj’s 400cc bikes, including those falling under the KTM and Triumph umbrella, were bigger than 350cc, they attracted a higher 40 per cent GST. This eventually meant lower sales and a dropping market share for the Chakan-based bike maker. To avoid this, Bajaj introduced under-350cc counterparts of the Dominar 400, Pulsar NS400Z, KTM’s 390 series, and Triumph’s 400 models.

Now, it seems the early bird benefits on Triumph’s 350cc line-up might end soon, if the aforementioned Triumph dealer’s social media post is anything to go by. All the 350cc models are currently up to Rs. 11,000 more affordable than their 399cc counterparts, except for the Speed T4, which did not receive any cut as it was already quite attractively priced and margins were lower. With the imminent price hike, most 350cc Triumphs will still be more affordable than their 399cc derivatives. Mentioned below are the current ex-showroom prices (Delhi) of Triumph’s 350cc motorcycles:

Speed T4 – Rs 1.95 lakh

Speed 400 – Rs 2.32 lakh

Scrambler 400 X – Rs 2.59 lakh

Scrambler 400 XC – Rs 2.89 lakh

Thruxton 400 – Rs 2.65 lakh

Tracker 400 – Rs 2.46 lakh
