Mansory has revealed the F8XX Spider Tempesta Turchese, a full-body conversion of the Ferrari F8 Spider with quite a bit of Turquoise on board, obviously.
At first glance, the F8XX Spider Tempesta Turchese is quite obviously a drop-top F8, however, that turquoise colour, which starts off as a stripe and accent colouring, becomes a lot more visible once you get to the back of the modified supercar.
Don’t get us wrong, we have nothing against a bit of turquoise, but as always Mansory has gone back to its over-the-top nature with this new modified supercar. And we had such high hopes after that beautiful Portofino M…
Other than that vibrant turquoise colour which has also been used for the leather draping the interior of the car, there is also quite a bit of carbon fibre in use on the F8XX Spider Tempesta Turchese, which is another signature element of Mansory’s modified supercars.
The forged carbon can be found everywhere including the front splitter, bumpers, aero flics, bonnet, side skirts, and on quite a bit of the rear including the wing, and the rear diffuser.
Like Mansory’s other versions of the F8 Tributo and F8 Spider, the F8XX Spider Tempesta Turchese features some rather snazzy ultra-light forged wheels that are one-piece units.
The YT.5 Air forged alloy wheels measure 9.5×21 inches at the front, and 12×22 inches at the rear and come draped in 255/30 ZR21 (VA) and 335/25 ZR22 (HA) high-performance tyres.
The interior, as stated before is as turquoise as it comes with the dash, seats, steering wheel, door cards, floor and almost every other part of the cabin.
Thankfully the changes made to Ferrari’s brilliant 3.9-litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine are a lot more palatable. The output of the award-winning powerplant has increased from 710bhp and 770Nm to 868bhp and 960Nm.
The increase in the power and torque numbers means that this turquoise tempest, or as Mansory refers to it – a unique piece of art (we think they need an eye test) – sprints from 0-100km/h in 2.6 seconds (0.3s faster than stock) while the top speed is now 354km/h (up from 340km/h).
Thoughts About The Mansory F8XX Spider Tempesta Turchese
The Mansory F8XX Spider Tempesta Turchese is a 1-of-1 modified supercar for the owner who wants an F8 Spider with a bit more oomph and a lot more turquoise.
