Honda Cars India sales jump 71% to 8,788 units in June

Mumbai: has recorded a 71 per cent increase in its total sales at 8,788 units in June over the same month last year, the company said on Wednesday.

Of this, domestic sales stood at 4,618 units and 506 units in exports, registering a total growth of 71.5 per cent over same period last year, the company said.

“The launch of new City and India Premiere of global SUV has generated strong momentum for our overall sales, including and during June, driven by healthy customer demand and a positive market response,” said Kunal Behl, Vice President for marketing and sales, Honda Cars India Ltd.
