Hyundai Exter Now Available With CNG Option In Its Most-Affordable Variant

Hyundai has made owning a -powered Exter more affordable. You can now get the brand’s dual-cylinder CNG option on the SUV’s EX variant. Earlier, the bi-fuel range of the Exter was available from the S variant onwards, with prices starting from Rs 8.64 lakh (ex-showroom). The new Exter EX Hy-CNG Duo has a sticker price of Rs 7.50 lakh (ex-showroom).

The variants of the Exter equipped with the CNG option are powered by a 1.2-litre Bi-fuel engine that produces 69 hp and 05.2 Nm of peak torque. This variant is exclusively available with a 5-speed gearbox.

Being the entry-level variant in the Exter’s lineup, the EX lacks a few features. However, it is still available with a digital instrument cluster with a 4.2-inch TFT MID, LED taillamps, height adjustment for the driver’s seat, and keyless entry. Also, the EX is available with six airbags as standard.
