Kawasaki Ninja 300 Updated With New Features; No Price Hike

Kawasaki has updated the Ninja 300 for the 2025 model year. The update brings new features to the 300cc parallel-twin sports bike. However, Kawasaki has kept the prices the same as before. This means you can still buy the Ninja 300 at an ex-showroom price of Rs 3.43 lakh. The updated Ninja 300 continues to compete with the KTM RC390 and Yamaha R3. These retail in India at Rs 3.59 lakh and Rs 3.22 lakh, respectively.

The Ninja 300 comes with a few changes for 2025. These include a new windscreen inspired by the ZX-10R. Also new with this update is a fresh pair of dual-projector headlamps. These take inspiration from the ZX-6R. The colour shades have also been updated. For 2025, the Ninja 300 is available in Candy Lime Green, Metallic Moondust Grey, and Lime Green.

What Powers The 2025 ?

No changes have been made to the Ninja 300’s powertrain. Under the tank, you still get the same 296cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine that cranks out 39 hp and 26.1 Nm of peak torque. The engine pairs with a 6-speed gearbox.

The Ninja 300’s main competitors in India include the KTM RC 390 and the Yamaha R3. The RC390 is powered by a 373.27cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that produces 43.5 hp and 37 Nm of peak torque. On the other hand, the R3 derives its power from a 321cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine that produces 42 hp and 29.5 Nm of peak torque.
