Honda has globally revealed the 2027 Rebel 500, bringing notable updates including a circular TFT screen and an optional E-Clutch system to the international motorcycle. When Honda previously unveiled the Rebel 500 for the Indian market earlier this year, the bike was shown with a similar display setup, which is now carried over to the global-spec 2027 model.
Global Updates and Electronics
In international markets, the previous negative LCD instrument cluster has been substituted with a new 3.5-inch circular TFT display. Alongside this, the 2027 model introduces Honda's E-Clutch system as an option for the larger displacement cruiser for the first time globally, following its presence on the Rebel 300 abroad and its announcement for the Rebel 500 locally.

To support the added features of the new console, the left-hand switchgear has been updated with two extra buttons for simpler navigation. The motorcycle was unveiled for the domestic market in July and is scheduled to be launched early next year.
Engine and Specifications
Mechanically, the motorcycle stays mostly the same, carrying forward the 471cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin motor. The powertrain develops 46.2hp of peak power at 8,500rpm and 43.3Nm of maximum torque at 6,000rpm.
