Mumbai has 50 electric AC double-deckers, of which 60% operate in commercial hubs such as Fort, Nariman Point and Cuffe Parade in island city with the rest deployed in suburbs. AC double-deckers, procured on wet lease from Switch Mobility, complete a year in service this month.
