TVS SCS wins new contract from VECV

CHENNAI: Global supply chain solutions company TVS Supply Chain Solutions (TVSSCS) has won a new business contract from Volvo Eicher Commercial Vehicles (VECV) for managing its in-plant warehousing and logistics function at the Eicher bus factory in MP’s Baggad.
VECV has been associated with TVS SCS since 2006 for in-plant logistics operations for its truck plant in MP’s Pithampur.The new deal for VECV’s bus plant is for a period of three years.
“This two-decade strong partnership has helped create more than 1,200 job opportunities in Madhya Pradesh,” said the company in a statement.
