What is the BRABUS Urban E Range

  • DAB 1α BRABUS, BRABUS Urban E and BRABUS Urban E First Edition
  • 150km range; top speed 120kmph

BRABUS is working with DAB Motors to expand its two-wheeled portfolio, and this time not a high power super mega naked, but a series of electric urban runabouts. They’ve reveal a family of electric motorcycles under the BRABUS x DAB Motors banner. Presented at Milan Design Week 2026, the project brings a three-step range built around the modular DAB 1α platform, with each version aimed at a different level of exclusivity and performance.

The most accessible model is the DAB 1α BRABUS. This base version, ahem BRABUS base, comes with exposed carbon-fibre detailing, gloss/matte black finishes and an Alcantara seat. The motor pushes out 30bhp with 395Nm of torque, a top speed of 120kmph and range of up to 150km. This is more of a practical entry point into the collaboration meant for urban riding but with enough performance.

Above that is the BRABUS more serious Urban E. This one gets an upgraded electric drivetrain producing 36bhp and 475Nm of torque, which is a 20 percent increase over the base platform. It carries specially programmed mapping and a revised inverter for stronger and more consistent output. It has the same 120kmph top speed and 150km range like the base, but adds a more aggressive hardware and styling package. There’s exposed carbon-fibre, unique lighting signature, BRABUS Masterpiece seat in red leather, 46mm fully adjustable inverted fork, multi-adjustable rear shock and Brembo brakes.

At the top of the line-up sits the BRABUS Urban E First Edition offered in Peetch, Desert Sand, Superviolet and Fusion Red inspired by BRABUS supercars. The company is also limiting production of each colour variant to 10 units worldwide. This effectively means a run of just 40 motorcycles in total, if all four variants are counted together! Customers of the First Edition will also get a BRABUS Masterpiece seat finished in premium leather matching to each colourway, whilst exposed carbon-fibre bits on the Superviolet version.

BRABUS says the Urban E gets five riding modes, Eco, Street, Sport, Nitrous and Reverse. Further additions include keyless start via PIN code and a 2.8-inch LCD display with real-time data and bespoke startup animation.
