  • Official Launch announcement soon

Images of the new 2026 Hero Xtreme 125R have surfaced online, revealing that it gets a new TFT instrument cluster. The updated motorcycle is expected to be launched soon and could also get TPMS, making it one of the most feature-rich 125cc motorcycles in India.

The current Xtreme 125R uses a 4.2-inch colour LCD, while the new TFT unit could be limited to a new top-spec variant. Apart from the inclusion of these new features, it is expected to retain its existing styling and cycle parts.

The engine will continue to be a 125cc, single-cylinder unit producing 11.4bhp at 8,250rpm and 10.5Nm at 6,500rpm. Suspension duties will continue to be handled by telescopic front forks and a rear monoshock, while the motorcycle will retain its 120-section rear tyre, dual-channel ABS and all-LED lighting.

With the addition of a TFT and TPMS, the Xtreme 125R will have a strong feature list. It already gets ride-by-wire, cruise control, and ride modes. The TVS Raider 125 was the first in the segment to get a TFT display, followed by the Honda CB125 Hornet. Bajaj is also expected to introduce a TFT with the next-generation Pulsar 125. This left Hero playing catch-up, with the 2026 Xtreme 125R finally set to get the feature.
