2026 Honda Transalp XL750 with E-Clutch Launched at Rs. 13.20 Lakh

  • Available in two colours
  • Now Rs. 1.4 lakh more expensive than before

Honda has launched the 2026 Transalp in India, priced at Rs. 13.20 lakh (ex-showroom). The updated motorcycle now features the brand’s E-Clutch technology, but is now Rs. 1.40 lakh more expensive than the MY25 model.

The Japanese bikemaker has been working on bringing its E-Clutch technology to all its big bikes. Recently, it launched the NX500 adventure bike in India with the same.

The system features electronically controlled actuators inside the clutch case. These actuators engage and disengage the clutch automatically, making it possible to ride off from a standstill and also shift gears without using the clutch lever.

There’s also a manual override feature for those who prefer operating the clutch via the lever. Overall, this system will be helpful for newer riders just starting on higher-capacity motorcycles. It will also be useful when riding in stop-and-go traffic, reducing fatigue that comes with constant clutch lever usage.

Apart from the addition of the E-Clutch, the ADV remains mechanically unchanged compared to the MY25 model. It continues to be powered by the same 755cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin motor, producing 91bhp and 75Nm.

The Transalp XL750 is offered in two colours: Ross White and Pearl Deep Mud Grey. It goes up against other middle-weight adventure bikes in the market, such as the Suzuki V-Strom 800DE.
