TVS Orbiter get a Prices Hike of up to Rs. 4,000

TVS Motor Company has increased the prices of the Orbiter in India. Both variants of the electric scooter have become more expensive, with the price increase varying by state. The Orbiter V1 has received a hike of Rs. 3,700, while the V2 has become dearer by up to Rs. 4,000.

Following the revision, the effective ex-showroom price of the TVS Orbiter V1 has increased from Rs. 87,800 to Rs. 91,500 in Delhi. In Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, the price has gone up from Rs. 91,800 to Rs. 95,500. There is no price revision for the V1 in Maharashtra, where it continues to cost Rs. 91,800.

The Orbiter V2, meanwhile, has received a hike of Rs. 3,900 in Delhi, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, while Maharashtra has seen the highest increase of Rs. 4,000. Its effective ex-showroom price now ranges from Rs. 1.06 lakh in Maharashtra to Rs. 1.13 lakh in Delhi, depending on the state. The prices mentioned here are the effective ex-showroom prices after the July 2026 revision and can vary based on state-level incentives and taxes.

TVS has not announced any mechanical or feature updates for the scooter, and the Orbiter continues to be positioned as TVS’ affordable electric scooter, aimed at urban commuters looking for a practical and feature-rich EV.

The TVS Orbiter is offered in two variants with different battery capacities. The V1 uses a 1.8kWh battery pack that delivers a claimed IDC range of 86km, while the V2 comes equipped with a larger 3.1kWh battery offering a claimed range of 158km. Both variants have a claimed top speed of 68kmph and feature Eco and City riding modes.
