The company’s vast network of over 5,400 service touchpoints, covering big cities, small towns, and rural areas, played a big role in reaching this figure. From paid services and routine check-ups to emergency repairs, the numbers highlight Maruti Suzuki’s focus on keeping its massive customer base on the road with minimal hassle.

Over the years, Maruti Suzuki has transformed its after-sales experience. Apart from traditional workshops, the brand now operates mobile service vans and on-road quick response teams. Its adoption of AI-powered chatbots and voice bots has made booking services and getting help much easier for customers, no matter where they are.

Building on this momentum, Maruti Suzuki plans to expand its network to 8,000 service outlets by FY2031. A major focus will be preparing for the launch of its first electric vehicle, the e-Vitara. To support this shift, the company will set up 1,500 EV-ready service centres in 1,000 cities, staffed with trained teams and specialised tools for electric cars.
