Mercedes-Benz Cars To Get Costlier By 12.2 Lakh: Here’s Why

India has announced a across its model range. The German automaker made this announcement through an official press statement. The brand highlighted that it will increase the prices of its luxury cars and SUVs in India in two phases. Mercedes-Benz said the price increase has been carried out due to a steep 10% increase in Forex rates over the last four months. The automaker also mentioned that it has planned “innovative financing solutions” to help minimise the impact of the price hike.

Mercedes-Benz India will carry out the price hike for its model range in two stages. The first stage will come into effect on June 1, 2025. Under this, prices will be hiked in the range of Rs 90,000 to Rs 12.2 lakh, depending upon the model. The second phase of the price hike will be implemented on September 1, 2025. Under this, prices will be hiked by 1.5% for all Mercedes cars and SUVs on sale in India.
