Next-Gen Audi Q3 Teased, Global Debut Set For June 16

Audi has officially teased the next-generation Q3 SUV ahead of its global reveal on June 16, 2025. The upcoming model marks the third generation of the popular premium SUV, which first hit global markets in 2018 and arrived in India in 2022.

The teaser images offer a glimpse into what’s to come, with the new Q3 showcasing a sharper, more aggressive front design. Key exterior highlights include pixel-style LED headlights, a restyled grille following Audi’s new design language, and revised alloy wheels. Updated taillights further enhance the SUV’s modern and athletic appearance.

Inside the cabin, the new Audi Q3 is expected to receive a major overhaul. The premium SUV will feature larger digital displays and an upgraded version of Audi’s MMI infotainment system. These improvements will bring more intuitive controls, enhanced connectivity features, and advanced driver-assistance systems, positioning the Q3 as a smarter and more comfortable offering in its segment.

Under the hood, the current-gen Audi Q3 is powered by a 2.0-litre, four-cylinder turbo-petrol engine that produces 190 hp and 320 Nm of torque. This engine is paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission and Audi’s Quattro all-wheel-drive system. While this setup is likely to continue, Audi is expected to introduce new mild-hybrid and plug-in hybrid variants as part of its electrification strategy.

With the new generation expected to offer significant upgrades, pricing is also likely to see an upward revision from the current starting price of Rs 45.24 lakh (ex-showroom). Once launched, the 2025 Audi Q3 will continue to rival other entry-level luxury SUVs like the BMW X1 and Mercedes-Benz GLA in the Indian and global markets.
