The colour palette comprises six shades, which is a good mix of bold and understated trims. Falling in the former category are Aqua Green, Glacier Blue, and Celestial Silver. The more understated paint schemes are Celestial Grey, Carbon, and Matrix Black. In typical Norton fashion, all these variants sport their respective base paints on the fairing, fuel tank, and tail section, with absolutely no graphics or decals, barring the ‘Norton’ logo on the fuel tank. Those who like a clean-looking motorcycle, the Manx, or any Norton offering for that matter, will be right up their alley.

As for the technical specifications, what we know so far is that this motorcycle will be powered by a 1,200cc, V4 engine putting out 203bhp and 130Nm. The company has previously stated that the engine is tuned to deliver most of the power in the low and mid-range to make the bike accessible and fun to ride on streets.

The cast frame works in unison with carbon-fibre components and semi-active suspension, while the massive eight-inch touchscreen TFT allows one to monitor or tweak the rider aids and other crucial information. Impressively, braking is handled by Brembo’s top-of-the-line Hypure callipers along with cornering ABS. Electronic aids like traction control, wheelie control, slide control, and cruise control add to the safety and convenience.

We believe Norton will enter India with its flagship Manx and Manx R premium offerings initially, followed by introducing the more affordable Atlas models at a later stage.
