Royal Enfield Scram 440 Launched: Prices, Features & Specs

Royal Enfield has launched the Scram 440 in India. Prices start from Rs 2.08 lakh (ex-showroom) for the base Trail variant and go up to Rs 2.15 lakh (ex-showroom) for the top-spec Force. The Scram 440 replaces the Scram 411. Though it is a new bike with a bigger engine, the price difference between the old and new models is only Rs 1,300.

The Scram 440 is powered by a 443cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that produces 25.4 Bhp and 34 Nm of peak torque. It is paired with a 6-speed gearbox, while the Scram 411 was available with a 5-speed box.

Royal Enfield Scram 440: Cycle Parts

The Scram 440 features a split cradle frame, which rides on 41mm telescopic forks at the front with a monoshock setup at the back. There is 190mm of travel at the front, with 180 mm of travel at the back. The Scram 440 weighs 179 kg, has a seat height of 795 mm and a ground clearance of 200 mm.

In terms of features, this bike comes with LED lighting, a USB-Type-A charger, and a digital-analogue instrument cluster. The Scram 440 will be available in five colour options.
