  • The company plans to expand production capacity

Simple Energy has announced that it has secured Rs. 250 crore in its Series B funding round through a mix of debt and equity. The company currently sells around 1,500 electric scooters per month and operates through more than 71 outlets across 38 cities in India. Simple Energy plans to expand its retail presence further by entering cities such as Ranchi, Bhubaneswar, and Cuttack in the coming months. Simple Energy says it aims to increase its monthly scooter sales to 10,000 units by March 2027 through capacity expansion and network growth.
