TVS iQube crosses one million production milestone

The TVS iQube electric scooter has hit the 1-million-unit production milestone. The 1-millionth iQube rolled out of the company’s manufacturing facility in Hosur.

The TVS iQube was launched in 2020, and has gone on to become one of the country’s most popular electric scooters.

Over the years, TVS has expanded the range with multiple battery pack options, varying riding ranges, and a host of connected features to cater to a wider set of customers. We recently spent a few months with the TVS iQube ST 5.3-kWh variant, and here’s what our experience was like.

With so many iQubes on the road, the data gathered by TVS over the years shows that owners have collectively covered over 14.94 billion kilometres since the scooter’s launch.

According to the company, this has helped avoid around 522,969 tonnes of carbon emissions, an environmental impact it equates to planting nearly 20.9 million trees.
