After launching the Roadster series of electric motorcycles last year, OLA Electric has today relaunched them at an introductory price of Rs 74,999 (ex-showroom). Bookings for two models, the Roadster X and the Roadstr X+ start today, with CEO Bhavish Aggarwal promising deliveries to commence next month.

The Roadster X will have three battery packs: 2.5 kWh, 3.5 kWh, and 4.5 kWh. These are priced at Rs 89,999, Rs 99,999, and Rs 109,999 (ex-showroom). But for a limited period of 7 days, these will be available for an introductory price of Rs 74,999, Rs 84,999, and Rs 94,999 (ex-showroom), respectively.
The Roadster X’s highlights are an electric motor with 11 kW of peak power, a top speed of 125 km/h, and 0 to 40 km/h in 3.1 seconds. Ola Electric promises a maximum IDC range of 252 km on one charge. The feature list includes a 4.3-inch LCD Dash, three riding modes, regenerative braking, cruise control, and more.

Ola has also launched the Roadster X+ electric motorcycle. It will be available with two battery packs: 4.5 kWh and 9.1 kWh. These are priced at Rs 1.19 lakh and Rs 1.69 lakh (ex-showroom), respectively. But for the first seven days, they are available at an introductory price of Rs 1.04 lakh and Rs 1.54 lakh (ex-showroom), respectively.
While the Roadster X+’s peak power and top speed stay the same at 11 kW and 125 KM/h, it can sprint from 0 to 40 km/h in 2.7 seconds. Ola
