Royal Enfield has launched the Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts Limited Edition in India at Rs. 5.75 lakh (ex-showroom). Developed in collaboration with Taiwanese custom motorcycle builder Rough Crafts, the motorcycle is limited to just 100 numbered units globally, with only 25 allotted for India. Here’s a closer look at what makes this exclusive Shotgun 650 stand out.

Inspired by the Caliber Royale

The limited-edition model draws inspiration from the one-off ‘Caliber Royale’ custom motorcycle that was first showcased at EICMA 2025 before appearing at Motoverse later that year. The production version retains much of the custom bike’s dark custom design.

Exclusive paint scheme

The motorcycle gets a unique combination of Gloss Jet Black and Matte Stealth Black paint with contrasting grey graphics. A genuine hand-applied gold leaf stripe runs across the bodywork, giving the bike a premium appearance.

Premium detailing throughout

Royal Enfield has equipped the motorcycle with several exclusive components including gold-finished upside-down fork tubes, contrast-cut alloy wheels, bar-end mirrors, a machined fuel filler cap, and a distinctive cast brass tank badge inspired by the Rough Crafts custom build.

Special seat and collectable extras

The single-piece seat features premium quilted leather upholstery that mirrors the pattern used on the original Caliber Royale. Every buyer will also receive a hand-signed artwork by Rough Crafts founder Winston Yeh, carrying the same serial number as their motorcycle.

Mechanically unchanged

Beneath the cosmetic updates, the motorcycle remains identical to the standard Shotgun 650. It continues to use the 648cc, parallel-twin, air/oil-cooled engine producing 46.4bhp and 52.3Nm, paired with a six-speed gearbox and slipper clutch.

Only for a select few

Just 100 examples of the Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts will be built worldwide, with India receiving only 25 motorcycles. Interested customers must register online before the purchase window opens, making this one of Royal Enfield’s rarest factory-built motorcycles to date.
