The brand, known for its rugged touring bikes, is gearing up to expand its Himalayan series with two major additions: the powerful Himalayan 750 and the much-anticipated Himalayan Electric (HIM-E). Both are currently undergoing rigorous testing ahead of their respective debuts.

While Royal Enfield has yet to officially confirm details, the Himalayan 750 is expected to pack a newly developed 750cc engine producing between 50 and 55 horsepower. Designed to enhance off-road performance, the bike will likely feature a revamped chassis, more torque, and adjustable suspension, making it more capable on varied terrains. Though it may borrow its design language from the Himalayan 450, the 750 will bring key performance upgrades and dimensional changes to cater to seasoned adventurers.

Royal Enfield’s entry into electric adventure motorcycles is also gaining traction with the Himalayan Electric. Known internally as HIM-E, the motorcycle is expected to share its design DNA with the 750 but will be powered by a dedicated electric powertrain. It will include a range of premium features and components, positioning it as a high-end offering with an expected price of Rs 7 to Rs 8 lakh.
