STUDDS Accessories has launched the Trooper Legacy Shield helmet in India at Rs. 2,425. This new model is a decal edition of the Trooper modular helmet joining the DC Super-Heroes inspired range. The price is inclusive of all taxes, and the helmet is available through offline retail outlets, STUDDS exclusive stores and the company’s official website.

The cool Superman-inspired graphic theme comes with a large Superman “S” shield placed on the upper rear section. It is offered in five colour options, Black and White, Black and Grey, Black and Red, Black and Teal Metallic Foil, and Black and Red Metallic Foil. All five variants sit on a dark base, and are available in both gloss and matte finishes.

Trooper Legacy Shield uses a full-face flip-up design allowing the chin bar to be lifted during short stops. For city use where riders often need to speak at fuel stations, parking areas, toll booths or roadside checks, this layout comes in handier than a fixed full-face helmet. At the same time the chin section locks in place while riding for full-head protection.

The helmet gets a high-impact ABS outer shell and a regulated density EPS liner. It is certified under ISI standards by the Bureau of Indian Standards and also carries DOT certification from the US Department of Transportation. It also gets a hypoallergenic replaceable liner, removable and replaceable lower trim, a quick-release scratch-resistant visor, UV-resistant paint, quick-release chin strap and a stainless-steel rust-proof buckle completing the feature list.
